How do I register my child for the Thong Kheng Student Care Centre?
Parents are required to produce the following:
A copy of child's Birth Certification and/or Identity Card.
A doctor's certification that child is fit to attend the Centre.
One recent passport size photograph of child.
Copy of parents' NRIC (2 copies of each if applying for Fees Subsidy). Parents may apply for the Government Fees Subsidy if combined income is not more than $2500 per month. Please submit a copy of CPF statements, original copy of pay slips &/or Employer's letter stating the present salary.

What is the visting hours for Blue Cross Thong Kheng Home and things to look out for Care-givers?
Visiting hours are from 9am to 5pm. All visitors must sign in the Visitors Book when they come in and depart. Residents' dormitories and staff quarters are out of bounds to all visitors, unless accompanied by staff. Visitors are expected to give full co-operation to staff in providing quality care to residents.
Care-givers are strongly encouraged to make regular visits, and take residents for Family Leave. They must also keep the Home informed of any changes in their address and contact number.
